Sarah Paulson is nominated this evening for an Emmy. Do I think she will win? Absolutely. She looked absolutely gorgeous today in a very stunning sequined Prada dress. Not only did Paulson blow up the spotlight in more ways than one for the awards this year, but she made a statement on the red carpet. As her hair looked great, her makeup looked absolutely amazing. Courtesy of celebrity makeup Adam Breuchaud and Giorgio Armani Beauty, Paulson was treated to a makeup look which complemented and played into the luxury of her dress.
The question remains - is it possible to recreate this makeup look at home? Yes.
First and foremost, Breuchard prepped the actress's face with the Giorgio Armani Prima Glow-On Moisturizing Balm and the Giorgio Armani Prima Skin Perfector. Not only will this create instantaneous hydration that is long-lasting, but produce a subtle glow.
As the celebrity makeup artist continued, he applied the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in the shade 4.5 all over Paulson's face for a fresh looking flow. He, then, added the Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer in 15 by tapping and blending the deep saturated color on her cheeks. This worked to create a soft flush effect.
Then, Breuchard layered the Giorgio Armani Eye Tint in 9 (or Cold Copper) underneath the Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Intense Eyeshadow in 6 to create an almost liquid metal effect. Next, the celebrity makeup artist applied several coats of the new Giorgio Armani Eccentrico Mascara.
So, what about the lips? The celebrity makeup artist lined the Emmy nominee's lips with the Giorgio Armani Him/Her Lipcare in 1 before applying a thin coat of the Giorgio Armani Lip Magnet in 600. To finish the lips, Breuchard tapped on the Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer in 15 with his finger and applied it to Paulson's lips.
Congratulations! You have just recreated Sarah Paulson's makeup look for the 68th annual Primetime Emmy Awards. #Emmys
