Nails Inc. London in Mayfair Mews

As part of the 2013 Christmas Cracker Collection, I must say that I truly do love Mayfair Mews. As you can see from the swatch, the Fibre Optic effect is amazing, as is the color itself. Although this is described as a midnight blue, I do notice an intense violet effect when applying this particular polish. I don't think it's really what I would dub as midnight blue, but either way, it's stunning and very unique, making it a true standout.

In terms of quality, I really enjoy the color pay-off. To me, that is important as no one wants to repeatedly apply multiple coats of the product. When I swatched this, I wore it alone so all you see is the entire effect itself.

This isn't a nail product I find myself using often. It's stunning but would be of zero interest to anyone who is not a nail enthusiast. Would I use this product again? To be honest, no. Would I recommend this product? Yes. This product is discontinued, but I do believe you can still find it on Amazon.

Priyanka Chopra is one of the most beautiful women in the world. I have been a fan of Bollywood for quite sometime, so when I heard she started appearing on television and movies in Hollywood it was definitely something great to see. Clive Davis is a world-renowned music mogul and every year he hosts a party. Yesterday, the stunning starlet looked amazing with her glam look created by the talented Dior makeup artist Daniel Martin.

"Walk of shame! We wanted to create a makeup look that was a bit lived-in after a night of partying. Smudgy, glittery, violet eyes and a matte lip add a futuristic-meets-rock 'n' roll vibe to her finished look," Martin shared in regards to the inspiration behind the look.

So, is it possible to re-create Chopra's makeup look at home? Absolutely.

First and foremost, the Dior makeup artist applied the Diorskin Forever Undercover in #041 Ochre which was used to create a base. Then, Martin used the Diorskin Forever Undercover Concealer in #040 Honey Beige before setting everything with the Honest Beauty Invisible Blurring Powder. To finish the face, he applied the Honest Beauty Creme Blush on the apples on Chopra's cheeks.

Next, Martin focused on the eyes where he used various colors from the Pat McGrath Labs Mothership III: Subversive Palette. As he continued, he added some definition using the Diorshow Pro Liner Waterproof in #842 Pro Pink followed by the Diorshow Art Pen in #095 Catwalk Black. To complete the eyes, the celebrity makeup artist added a couple coats of the Diorshow Iconic Overcurl mascara in #090 Over Black.

To complete the look, the celebrity makeup artist created a custom color for the stunning star's lips by mixing the Rouge Dior Liquid in #625 Mysterious Matte and the Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick.

Congratulations! You have just re-created Priyanka Chopra's makeup look for the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala. #Grammys

Janelle Monae is one of those incredible talents that you just need in music. When I first heard "TheArchAndroid" back in 2010, I just knew she was destined to be a star. As you are aware, tonight is the 60th annual Grammy Awards. Monae looked eccentrically chic. As her hair looked amazing, her makeup shined. The beautiful talented star teamed up with celebrity makeup artist Jessica Smalls for a glam makeup look inspired by Twiggy.

"I wanted to give Janelle a timeless and current look at the same time, so I decided to give her a Twiggy 2018 vibe," Smalls shared.

So, is it possible to re-create this look at home? Absolutely.

First and foremost, the celebrity makeup artist prepped Monae's skin. Yesterday to be exact (Saturday) she wanted to use a few products to prepare Monae for the awards tonight. The celebrity makeup artist decided to use the Kiehl’s Turmeric & Cranberry Seed Energizing Radiance Mask to help brighten her skin's appearance. Then, earlier this evening, Smalls decided to decided to take the gorgeous glow Monae exuded to the next level by giving her a light 5-minute steam. As she continued, she massaged the Kiehl’s Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate all over the beautiful star's face and along her neck. Then, she applied the Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream. As the celebrity makeup artist continued, she applied the Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado around her eyes, using her ring finger, to keep that delicate area moisturized.

As the celebrity makeup artist continued, she applied a pore minimizing primer all over her face using a synthetic brush. Then, she mixed the Buxom Cosmetics Show Some Skin Weightless Foundation in shade In the Dark with the Buxom Cosmetics Divine Goddess Luminizer using a damp sponge. Starting by Monae's nose and blending upwards and outwards, Smalls applied this all over her face. Using her ring finger, Smalls sparingly dabbed some Concealer under her eyes to brighten them. Then, she contoured the star's face, focusing on her cheeks, temples and forehead with the Buxom Cosmetics Hot Escapes Bronzer in shade Maldives. To finish her face, the celebrity makeup artist applied a soft pink to the apples of her cheeks, with some Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream on top for a subtle glow.

Smalls wanted to give Monae a beautiful, bold makeup look that made a statement. For this particular look, she applied the Buxom Cosmetics Eyeshadow Bar Single Eyeshadow in shades Lingerie Lover, Haute Couture and LBD to her crease, using a soft blending brush. Then, she lined her water line with the Buxom Cosmetics Hold The Line Waterproof Eyeliner in shade Ring My Bell and swept the Buxom Cosmetics Eyeshadow Bar Single Eyeshadow in shade Twilight Tryst on top to make the green pop. To finish the eyes, the celebrity makeup artist decided to go with the Eylure Luxe Silk “Trillion” false lashes before applying a few individual lashes on the bottom for a “Twiggy” effect. To complete the look, she used the Buxom Cosmetics Big Tease Plumping Mascara.

To complete the entire look, Smalls hydrated Monae's lips with the Kiehl’s Lip Balm #1 and filled them in slightly with the the Buxom Cosmetics Plumpline Lip Liner in shade Stealth. She finished the makeup look with the Buxom Cosmetics Full-On Lip Polish in shade Megan.

The 60th annual Grammy Awards are being held right now. As some of the most talented people join to celebrate, this year's awards recognize and acknowledge those stars who contribute to the world of music. Rita Ora is not only talented, she is beautiful and tonight the star teamed up with celebrity makeup artist, the talented Kathy Jeung for an amazing makeup look.

"With the classic shape of Ralph & Russo dress, I wanted to keep the focus on Rita’s complexion and eyes – giving her skin a satin finish with a touch of radiance and highlighter to accentuate Rita’s bone structure, and a simple glossy eye with lashes that lift the outer corners," Jeung shared.

So, is it possible to achieve this makeup look at home? Absolutely.

First and foremost, the celebrity makeup artist applied the Rimmel London Lasting Finish Breathable Primer all over Ora's cleansed, toned and moisturized face. As she continued, Jeung applied the then applied Rimmel London #Insta Conceal & Correct under the star's eyes. Then, she applied the applied Rimmel London Match Perfection Concealer in Light/Medium with her ring finger. The celebrity makeup artist used a tapping motion underneath the eyes to blend into the rest Ora's face.

Mixing the Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25HR Foundation in 303 True Nude with small amount of the Rimmel London Good to Glow Highlighter in 003 Soho Glow, Jeung applied this to Ora's face with a flat foundation brush. Using only broad strokes, she continued by using a damp beauty sponge to blend the product into the star's face. To finish the face, the celebrity makeup artist used the Rimmel London’s #Insta Fix & Matte Translucent Powder to set Rita Ora's face.

Then, Jeung applied the Rimmel London Kate Moss Sculpting & Highlighting Kit in Golden Sands to highlight the tops of Ora's cheekbones, as well as: above her jawline and down length of her nose. Using a narrow wedge brush, the celebrity makeup artist applied the blush using a rounded brush on the apples of her cheeks and extended towards temples. To complete this portion of the makeup look, Jeung applied the Rimmel London Insta Duo Contour Stick to highlight along the tops of Ora's cheekbones and blended the product with a damp sponge.

So, what about the eyes? The celebrity makeup artist used the Rimmel London Professional Eyebrow Pencil, to fill-in Ora's eye brow shape followed by the Rimmel London Brow This Way Brow Pomade in Medium, to add color. To complete the brows, Jeung used the Rimmel London Brow This Way Highlighting Pencil to lift the arch of the brow.

As she continued, she applied the beige shade of the Rimmel London Magnif'Eyes Shadow Contouring Palette Blush Edition to the browbone and blended the matte taupe color into the crease. Then, the celebrity makeup artist used the Rimmel London ScandalEyes Eyeshadow Stick in Witness White to the inner corners of Ora's eyes before blending for a trace of highlight.

Then, Jeung added the Rimmel London Oh My Gloss in Clear to the beautiful singer's eyelids. Next, the celebrity makeup artist lined the star's eyes using the Rimmel London ScandalEyes Precision Micro Eyeliner in Black. To finish the eyes, she applied two coats of Rimmel London Shake It Fresh Mascara in Black to the upper lashes only.

Finally, to complete the entire makeup look, the celebrity makeup artist applied the Rimmel London Stay Matte Liquid Lip Colour in Plum This Go to give the star a deep yet dark lip.

Zayn Malik is one of the most popular superstars in the world. What started as an idea turned into reality for the pop star after auditioning for the X Factor. And most recently, Malik has been blowing up the spotlight with his incredible music including the famous song "Dusk Till Dawn" featuring the talented Sia after parting ways with One Direction. As you are aware, tonight is the 2018 Grammy Awards. And as one of the most talented musicians right now, Malik teamed up with one of the best celebrity groomers in the business, Joanna Simkin who not only did his skin tonight, but hair too. But the question we all want to know, how did she do his hair tonight?

First and foremost, Simkin prepped the star's hair. She started with clean hair which was not only roughly towel-dried, but slightly damp. The celebrity groomer started by applying Baxter of California's Award-Winning Clay Pomade to the reality star turned superstar's hair. Warming up the product between her palms, Simkin started applying a dime-size amount of this product to the back of Malik's head before coating the product.

"If hair is fine, use a blow dryer for some lift. Thick hair can start with damp hair for the same effect," Simkin shared. "It is key to layer the product, as this better than applying too much once," she also added.

Next, Simkin worked her fingers through the star's hair. The beauty of Baxter's of California's Clay Pomade is that once it sets, it isn't too firm so you can create virtually any style you need to.

"If you have random flyways, smooth those with a tiny amount of the pomade," the celebrity groomer shared.

Finally, to complete the hair look, Joanna Simkin applied the Baxter of California Clay Effect Style Spray to hold Zayn Malik's style.

You know him from the world renowned, reality television show the X Factor, as you know him as one of the members from One Direction. And in most recent years, Zayn Malik dipped into the entertainment industry solo with huge hits such as "Dusk Till Dawn" featuring Sia and "Keep On Rising" featuring Avicii. And tonight, he is up for quite a few awards. To prepare him for the awards, celebrity groomer Joanna Simkin prepped the talented star's skin for the red carpet this evening. The question remains; how did she do it?

First and foremost, the celebrity groomer prepped Malik's skin by both washing and exfoliating it before gently patting it. Simkin wanted to leave the reality star turned superstar's skin slightly damp. As she continued, she applied the Baxter of California Under Eye Complex to Malik's under eyes. She started from the under part of the area and worked her way towards the outer part of his eyes, applying light pressure. This worked to de-puff the star's eyes.

Then, Simkin took about a nickel-size amount of the Baxter of California Super Shape Recharge Cream and applied this product directly to Malik's face. Before she applied this product, she rubbed it in her palms to warm it up. Subtly pressing on the star's damp skin, the celebrity groomer treated Malik to a light facial massage to stimulate his skin.

"Leaving the skin damp will help additional moisture lock in and the light massage gets the circulation going to help the skin look more even toned," Simkin shared.

Finally, the celebrity groomer blotted Malik's skin with a tissue leaving his skin looking and feeling more hydrated without grease or shine.

Larry Nassar is a monster

I first heard about Larry Nassar when one of his victim's contacted me directly several years ago. She explained to me what he did to her when she was a child. She also shared with me that she admired my strength, as she loved the fact I was defending Morgan Ingram, a woman who was stalked and murdered in late 2011. Over the last three years she and I talked via email as well as, over the phone. I informed her that she wasn't alone, as I am also a victim of abuse. I tried to convince her to make her story public regarding Nassar, but like most victims of abuse she was reluctant. Why was she was reluctant? She was simply scared. Scared of not being believed, of feeling alone and simply scared of being blamed. She told only her mother, father, sister, and a few friends including me.

I tried to inform several parties about this abuse directly using the power of the pen and my own natural right and freedom as an American citizen. And like every other sane individual who tried to defend his victims, we all received the same, banal response that implied his innocence. I also had several friends contact MSU and they received the same response. I knew he was a liar, but for some weird reason people were defending him there. I also knew there were other women, other victims who felt the same way as my friend did and were too scared to come forward. My only regret was not pushing harder; however, as this all evolves and the facts are brought to light, I am so very thankful the truth has been exposed about him and justice is coming. Tomorrow will be the day it arrives.

Larry Nassar is one of the worst monsters because Mr. Nassar used his credentials and his cunning yet crafty and calculated character to lure little girls into thinking the abuse was inherent, accepted and no acts were committed. Using bribery tactics, this disgusting low life also gave these girls gifts as a "thank you" for letting him touch them and molest them as a form of astute abuse so they would keep quiet. He is one of the worst kind of abusers and the sad thing is, there are others like him. His case is glorified because he ruined over a hundred lives. And the sad part about this all is, I honestly believe more women exist, but are too scared to come forward.

And shame on attorney Shannon Smith for her antics, especially the passively aggressive yet petty remarks she makes. In May of last year, the desperate prosecutor made a comment "I feel like we should say cheese." She's almost as bad as Hillary Clinton. She should have stuck with divorce as her forte and left the high-profile sex crimes alone. And as for being "very honest" the moment she defended this man is the moment her "honesty" became extinct. I will refrain from belittling her anymore, as she's irrelevant and most of the world already is. I can complain about her defending him, but I think if he would have taken this case on pro en se, he would have received the insanity plea and get a lower sentencing. So, it is good she defended him as his victims will not only receive justice tomorrow, but the last laugh.

Anyways, tomorrow is the sentencing. I received numerous messages from you, my readers, asking what I would do if I were the judge. I watched the videos, the testimony and read about this case. Wiping away the tears was impossible as the projection of empathy exuded relentlessly. If I were judge Rosemarie Aquilina, I would give Larry Nassar the maximum sentence in prison. He already received 60 years in December, I do believe for child pornography. So, I think he needs to do the maximum amount of time for all of the distress and anguish he put these innocent women through. 125-175 years. I would give him the maximum and I would make sure there was absolutely no possibility for parole. As much as I don't like to undermine the natural right of a human, I truly believe this kind of individual should not be allowed to practice medicine let alone have the opportunity to live life like a human. He is the type that needs to be confined to an area like a prison, where he can stop abusing children. In this case, little girls and live the rest of his life knowing what he has done because the death penalty would be an easy way out for this monster. And I must ask, why test on animals when you have people like Larry Nassar in prison? Only someone with a selfish agenda, mean streak and unhinged psyche would see this man as innocent and think he deserves nothing for what he did.

Unfortunately, these beautiful women (all 140, excluding others who haven't come forward due to fear) will be affected for life. They are the real victims and the only ones who deserve to be heard. The abuse they endured will leave permanent scars, especially mentally, socially, emotionally and spiritually. There is no price on a life, but every life holds value. The justice; however, will allow these women to start their path on the road to healing and that is a beautiful thing.
