First Season Finale—Morgan Ingram

The Death of Morgan Ingram
Hello everyone. How are you? Just recently, the Even Salt Looks Like Sugar podcast decided to debut its final episode for the first season. For the first season finale—Episode 10: The Death of Morgan Ingram.

Imagine waking up to news that your daughter is dead. Toni Ingram received this news almost a decade ago when she discovered her daughter lifeless in their Carbondale, Colorado home. And although the case is closed, with so many questions left unanswered and a plethora of speculation—what happened to her?

Join Even Salt Looks Like Sugar as your host Billy Housh speaks personally with Toni Ingram in an exclusive interview about Morgan, the events that lead up to her death, and what she believes happened. I also share some insight regarding this case. As many of you are already aware, this case is near and dear to my heart as I truly believe Morgan Ingram was a victim of foul play and deserves justice. I don't believe she took her own life. With the high levels of Amitriptyline in Morgan's blood stream, there is no doubt this was anything, but accidental. She was stalked and she was ignored my the authorities who promised to protect her. It was truly an honor to co-produce this episode, as well as, the episodes before this one and the episodes yet to come.

You can listen to the podcast on the official website now. You can also listen on Apple podcasts, AmazonSpotify, iHeartRadio, Google Podcasts, YouTube, Stitcher, Spreaker, and wherever you find your favorite podcasts.

Stay tuned for season two. Not only will we share new episodes, we will continue to explore all things true crime, paranormal activity, and unsolved mysteries. And even dip into those cases others are afraid to. Also stay tuned for other projects I am going to be working on. I will be sharing those with you very soon.

Good, great, and amazing things are happening. Thank you for listening. Remember to catch up with us next season for brand new episodes. I hope you are having a wonderful day. Remember, not everything in life is what it seems because Even Salt Looks Like Sugar. Listen if you dare.

Toni Ingram is a devoted and loyal mother who has demonstrated her unwavering dedication to seeking justice for her daughter, Morgan. All of the evidence she's uncovered leads her to believe that Morgan didn't die naturally, but was instead murdered. Despite facing incredible obstacles along the way, Toni has remained strong in her conviction that the truth must be revealed no matter what - no amount of lies or cover-ups can change that. Her commitment to this cause speaks volumes about her moral character and integrity, making it clear why so many have come together in support of Toni's relentless quest for answers.

Toni Ingram is a mother with many questions who deserves the answers she seeks. No one understands their child like their parents, and that was especially true for Morgan Ingram, for whom Toni had an incredibly strong bond. Despite attempts to discredit her, Toni has always been honest about what happened to her daughter. The only people who continue to call her a liar are the same cabal of malicious individuals (Websleuths Tricia, MayraMM, Pamela Zack, Terry Stipp, Jennifer Johnson and others) who have never even met Morgan in person or know anything about what kind of person she was.

It's impossible to ignore the facts: 7,909 ng of Amitriptyline were found in Morgan's blood - enough to kill a horse! Morgan weighed 115 pounds. Maybe a little less. Even if Morgan had taken every single pill in the bottle (which she didn't), it would be impossible for someone to get such high levels into their bloodstream; 500-1,000 ng is already considered lethal! Additionally, Morgan identified Keenan Vanginkel as the man stalking her death. It has been nearly 12 years since then and law enforcement still hasn't tested any evidence yet including the jacket and beanie hat – however given all of today’s technological advancements compared to 2011 when this case occurred there is so much more potential now than ever before that can help uncover what really happened on that fateful day.

Lazy Lou Vallario may have closed this case years ago but because of Toni's incredible strength and courage, it continues to remain open in public eyes everywhere waiting for justice to eventually be served. Keenan Vanginkel and Brooke Harris, along with anyone else who is aware or involved in the situation, can only deceive for so long before the laws of nature come crashing down. Keenan (who I believe out of his own volition stalked Morgan and took her life) can never truly hide from what he did. No amount of lies, denials, or attempts to discredit the victim and her supporters will be able to absolve him from guilt.

The Even Salt Looks Like Sugar podcast episode covering the case of Morgan Ingram is one of the best I've ever heard. Toni Ingram and Sarah Afshar provide an incredibly detailed and thoughtful look into this case, refuting lies spread by armchair sleuths as well as offering a unique insight from Toni herself. This episode stands far above any other coverage of Morgan's case that I have listened to, and those who bash it are trash.
