What inspired me to write this particular episode was my conversation with Billy a few days prior, as he told me there was a tornado watch in his Provence of Ontario, Canada. I was worried, but found myself looking at clips of tornadoes. Shortly after, I discovered that many true crime podcasts rarely talk about tornadoes and those who lost their lives as a result of such cataclysmic events. I also discovered that some of the most catastrophic steam devils occur right here in the United States. Some of them are rarely discussed in the media including a recent tornado that hit just last month.
