My neighbor asked me to adopt these puppies

So my neighbor just came over with this beautiful black lab mother and her puppies and asked if I wanted to take them. As much as I would love to take these little angels, I already have quite a few of them living with me. I literally want to take them.. I have a beautiful and big backyard so I have space for them; however, I have to think of my other dogs and how they would react to new a puppy, let alone puppies. 

Sometimes these small decisions are literally harder than rocket science considering it is relatively moot based on a "should I?" or "shouldn't I?" basis. I feel like I have to look at all scenarios including hypothetical scenarios. "What if I travel out of state?" or "What if I travel out of the country?" Plus, in addition to this, I work 9 am until 5 pm everyday. And although I have weekends completely off, I do work on weekends lately. 

I live alone so I don't know if I can handle these pretty little puppies right now. As much as I want to take all of them into my home, I don't think I would be able to do so because I work so much. I have raised plenty of puppies in my life and one puppy is work. To take on 6 little puppies plus their amazing mother, making it 7 would be lot of work and time, which unfortunately I do not have at the present. 

One thing that I was kind of concerned about was the mother, as I can see her ribs. My neighbor voluntarily showed me the food she eats. As my dogs are spoiled and get homemade dog food, these dogs eat the usual dry food with the occasional soft food in the can. I honestly don't know what to say. 

Anyways, I just let my neighbor know that I cannot not take them; however, if he cannot find homes for them they are welcome to stay with me, which I have no issue with. I love animals and would never want them to be homeless or hungry.
