Smule is one of my favorite apps at the moment. It is an escapism for me simply because I love music and I love to sing. I'm not very social on the platform, as I like to record songs by myself. Although I must admit that I have recorded some duets, but not many. I guess if I sung with others I would probably have a bigger following, but I am sort of reserved simply because I mainly use for fun. I originally recorded this back in January. Tonight, I decided to re-record Bruno Mars' Grenade. I first heard this song when I was auditioning for X Factor USA back in May of 2011. As many of you are aware, I tried out the very first season in Dallas where I made it through the first round. During the second audition I met a guy named Kyle Jeffers who lived in the area. He sung this song and it was the first time I heard it.
I've been a fan of the song since. In fact, here is my rendition.
