When I first heard this song, I was literally floored. I was watching a Freddie Mercury documentary many years ago. The documentary featured a lot of songs that were not so popular, as they were part of Freddie's solo album. In fact, they played excerpts of Mr. Bad Guy. I discovered this song when listening to the album and have loved it ever since.
The song is just a beautiful ballad with a lot of rock and soul to make it roll. It is one of my favorite songs by Freddie. You know me, I just had to record this one on Smule. I originally recorded this as a duet back in January with another Smule user. You can listen to that recording here. Tonight, I recorded the song solo.
