Purple Rain by Sarah Afshar

I am a huge fan of Prince and anyone who knows me, knows how much I appreciated and loved him as an artist. His music is literally some of the greatest pieces of work in the modern era. And if I were being honest, I would put him in the league with some of the greatest artists to exist including Mozart.

Purple Rain can be interpreted in so many ways, as the meaning is quite clear. But when you actually look at the lyrics, it tells a story about someone suffering in silence, but has hopes that the suffering won't last.

When on Smule earlier, I decided to record this amazing classic using my iPhone and of course, my voice.

To listen to my rendition of Purple Rain, simply watch (or listen) to the video above. If you cannot see it, simply click here now. Only want to see you, only want to see you, in the Purple Rain. I should probably get off of here now and get things ready for work tomorrow. Have a wonderful evening. Thank you for listening.
