Lily Collins stunned the red carpet Monday evening for the 2016 Met Gala in a ravishing red Valentino gown. Her entire look was also accessorized with Tiffany & Co. jewelry. Collins was simple yet chic, but what really stood out was her makeup for the event. As a Lancôme ambassadress, Collins' makeup really complemented her outfit and made her look like a handmade futuristic doll with strong ties to Hollywood's glamorous past. Dolled up by the amazing Molly R. Stern, celebrity makeup artist to the stars, the actress made quite a statement for the Met Gala.

So, is it possible to re-create this amazing makeup look? Absolutely.

First and foremost, Stern prepped Collins skin with a rose mist spray followed by a layer of Natura Bissé Oxygen Cream. This amazing combination really works to quench the skin and keep it hydrated throughout the night. As Stern continued, she used the Giorgio Armani Maestro Glow Foundation in #2 on her face, neck, and arms to create a sheer, celestial finish. To naturally catch light, Stern applied the TRUE Isaac Mizrahi Radiance Boosting Pen all over the beautiful actress's face. Then, Stern finished the face with the Lancôme Cushion Blush Subtil in 032 Splash Corail which was applied to subtly warm the apples of Collins' cheeks.

Stern really loved playing with gold and metallic steel tones. As Stern continued with the look, she began to contour and shape the eye, using layers of gold and metallic steel tones with the Lancôme Color Design Eyeshadow in Accomplice. She continued with the Lancôme Glow Subtil in 03 Rosegold Lights and in 05 Buff Lights. The celebrity makeup artist then, applied one layer of the Lancôme Hypnôse Mascara in Black to lashes followed by a layer of the Lancôme Hypnôse Chromatics Mascara Top Coat in Saint-Honore. She finished the eyes with a layer of black mascara.

To complete the look, Stern applied the Lancôme Color Design lipstick in Lucky Kiss to Collins' lips along with the Lancôme Glow Subtil 05 Buff Lights pressed in on top. Once she completed this step, Stern used the Lancôme Drama Liqui-Pencil in French Lace followed by the Lancôme Drama Liqui-Pencil in Lamé to create a machine-esque seam down her face, neck and chest.

Congratulations! You have just re-created Lily Collins' makeup look at the 2016 Met Gala.
